If you need to return your order we offer free shipping on returns or exchanges for Canadian and US orders within 30 days of receiving your order. (Not including cross border duties or taxes). International orders are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Where applicable, you can return your order for store credit, a different item, or a refund.
To be eligible for a return the following are required:
- Your item can't show visible signs of wear or use.
Except for bundles, sale items are final and not eligible for refund, unless damaged.
- To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To return your order simply email us at email@example.com and we will email you a shipping label. Either show the scan code to the post office, or print and attach the label to your package and drop it off at the post office.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that original shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
